"About a month ago my partner and I took the opportunity to try Hypnotherapy for the first time with Jamie Milne. It certainly wasn’t something that we had been seeking out or necessarily 'wanting' to try, but to be honest neither of us were in a good place. So why not try something we haven’t tried before... Quitting smoking

"After years of on again and off again smoking, it was time to take control. I'd fallen back into the dirty habit of a daily smoker, not just the social smoker I was trying to convince myself I was.
